REFUNDS

Incidents where we offer refunds include-

LOST PARCELS - if unfortunately your parcel gets lost, we’re unfortunately only able to refund insured or tracked parcels. We do ask if you can wait for compensation claim to come through for a refund or we can offer half a refund and other half after compensation however we can do a full instant refund for lost parcels if necessary!

Parcels that aren’t insured or tracked we can only refund once claims are processed for compensation.

BROKEN ITEMS- we are able to refund broken items. However we ask photographic proof is sent before refund is given. We do ask your claims are reasonable for example do not claim against broken items if the crystal is designed that way (eg claiming for crystals such as Druze items for having holes in)

We do not accept refunds if you change your mind about an order.

PRE SALE

By ordering by pre order you must be flexible. In certain circumstances items can take 4 weeks to arrive due to covid and meeting minimum order quotas. Tracking of the parcel can be sent upon request. For special events we do ask you to pre order 6 weeks in advance to ensure your parcel arrives in time. Pre order parcels take around 3 weeks to arrive.

On rare occasion our supplier includes the wrong item. If this happens we can offer an alternative item(s) or a re order for the next wholesale parcel. We do ask if possible you do not ask for a refund of the item missing as we are not to blame however can offer this if needed.

LIVE SALE

Payments for claims must be made within 24 hours of your claims or as soon as possible. Any failure to do so means an instant ban from the page.  If you would like access to our live sales, pop us a chat message!

POSTAGE

Postage costs are £3.80. £5.50 tracked or £7.19 if parcels are 2kg or over. 2kg or over parcels we also recommend insuring against loss. Any loss without insurance is your responsibility and you’ll only be refunded after the compensation goes through however the shipping company may not always refund lost parcels if un insured.
